Downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia has 14 restaurants in this guide, and every one is within about an 8-minute walk of the train depot. They sit on both sides of the railroad: most on East Main Street or West Main Street, a few on Depot, Mountain and East First streets. Twelve post weekly hours on their own websites. Two do not, so call those before you go.

Hours are as each business posts them, checked Oct 17, 2026; call ahead. Walking times are measured from the depot along OpenStreetMap streets at about 3 mph and rounded to the minute; hills are not modelled.

Which restaurants are open which days

Thursday, Friday and Saturday are the easy days: all twelve restaurants that post hours are open. Early in the week it thins out.

That leaves eight restaurants with posted Monday hours and nine on Tuesday. For more on slow days, read what is open downtown on a weekday.

Lunch or dinner: check the opening time

Several downtown kitchens open only in the late afternoon early in the week. Ferraro’s Kitchen opens at 4 p.m. Monday to Thursday, Whiskey & Water at 4 p.m. Monday to Wednesday, Kurokoi at 4 p.m. on every day it is open, and grace at 5 p.m. (4 p.m. on Sunday). Black Sheep serves dinner from 4 p.m. Tuesday to Friday, with the bar open from 3.

For a weekday lunch, the posted 11 a.m. openings are Cantaberry (11 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily, lunch only), Chester Brunnenmeyer’s, Harvest on Main and Poké Jon’s, plus Rose’s Smash House on its open days and The General Ledger from Wednesday. The Dogwood’s mornings belong to Bigfoot Biscuit, 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday to Sunday; see breakfast and coffee. Black Sheep serves brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Dinner after 6 p.m.

Eleven of the twelve restaurants that post hours serve after 6 p.m. Thursday through Saturday. Only Cantaberry, a lunch spot, closes at 4. The latest posted closings are on Friday and Saturday: Whiskey & Water and grace at 10 p.m., Black Sheep at 9:30 p.m. Most others close at 8 or 9 p.m.

On a Monday evening, seven post dinner hours: Chester Brunnenmeyer’s, Ferraro’s Kitchen, Harvest on Main, Kurokoi, Poké Jon’s, Rose’s Smash House and Whiskey & Water.

Reservations differ. Black Sheep books through Resy, Harvest on Main takes reservations by phone, and Chester Brunnenmeyer’s takes none but runs an online waitlist.
