This policy covers blueridgedowntown.com (“the site”), an independent guide to downtown Blue Ridge, Georgia, published as a Gold Peach Realty community guide. “We” and “us” mean Gold Peach Realty and the Blue Ridge Downtown Editorial Team.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to see which pages people read and which tools they use. To keep pages fast, the analytics script loads after your first interaction with a page (a tap, click, scroll or key press) or about five seconds after the page finishes loading. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser and collects information such as the pages you view, how you arrived, your general location, your device and browser type, and events such as using the day planner or adding an event to your calendar. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete these cookies in your browser settings, or use Google’s browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics. The site sets no other cookies.
Messages you send us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message. The form sends them to info@goldpeachrealty.com. We use them to reply and to fix anything you report. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask.
Tools on the site
- The day planner and the place filters run in your browser. If you copy a link to a plan, the plan is written into that link so you can share it; we do not store it.
- Calendar (.ics) files for events are built into the page. If you choose the Google Calendar option, the event details go to Google.
- The downtown map is drawn from OpenStreetMap data stored with the site, so viewing it does not contact a third-party map service.
What we don’t do
We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not run third-party advertising on the site.
Links to other sites
The site links to businesses, the railway, government agencies, organizers and Gold Peach Realty. Those sites have their own privacy practices, which this policy does not cover.
Children
The site is a general-audience guide. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.
Your choices and deletion requests
To ask what we hold about you, or to have your messages deleted, email info@goldpeachrealty.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Changes
